    Time and Materials
    Most of the above services are performed on agreed time and materials basis. These services have no guaranteed response times unless covered by Extended Warranty and Support contracts. Feel free to contact our sales or service department for time and materials quotes.

    New Installations and Relocations
    These jobs require prior bookings. You can contact our customer services staff to arrange a suitable time. A prior quotation will be provided for relocations.

    Travel and Allowances
    Microboss will bill travel time either from our site or the site the technician will be leaving from. Travel time billing will not exceed either our agreed rate or the maximum time it would normally take from our premises to yours.
    Allowances like hotel stay, taxi/travel fares and meals will be quoted prior to commencement of work.
    Microboss endeavors to provide a fixed or close enough cost estimate for all allowances at all times.
