3 Year Parts and Labour RTB - Microboss branded PC's and SME Servers.
Some HIGH USE devices likes CDRW/DVDRW optical drives, speaker systems, ZIP/JAZZZ drives may only carry 1 Year Warranty.
All other brands marketed are warranted from their respective manufacturers and distributors within Australia.
Microboss branded series of business desktop PC's carry a hassle free 3 Year Return to base Warranty for Parts and Labour. Extensive warranty programs are available and a modeled per case per site basis.
Parts Care Warranty - Advance Parts Replacement
This program is designed to service clients who purchase 100+ Microboss branded equipment. We will keep parts exclusively for you either on your premises or our warehouse.
Unlimited telephone support provided during business hours of Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM EST, excluding public holidays observed in the state to VICTORIA.

Warranty SLA Agreements
Designed to deliver a customised warranty plan around your requirements. Avoid delays by renewing your agreements and block hours before they expire or run out. Follow the below steps to ensure you are covered at all times.
Read your renewal invitation clearly.
You can choose to renew same or upgrade you plan.
Contact your account manager if you require any changes like billing cycle or billing information.
Email or Fax your purchase order. If you do not have an account with Microboss, your agreement will take effect only when payment has been received.
