Shipping & Delivery
We will ship and deliver via our freight partners via either flat rate or pre-agreed amount. We will always ship to deliver next day for orders placed before 2pm and items ordered are in stock. For account clients, we will not deliver to PO Box or to unregistered address/location/site which is not in our system. For transactions outside account clients; we will ship only when your funds have cleared.
Privacy & Security
We value and secure your privacy by way of ensuring what you order and pay for is only communicated to your registered account. For our privacy policy, please visit here. Security of your online identity with us will be your responsibility. Please do not share account information to ensure your identity is kept secure with you.
Returns & Replacements
We will accept returns and authorise at our discretion which is fair to you and us. We will accept returns for unopened items where packaging is still in new condition and the transaction date is less than 5 working days, unless you purchased an item which clearly stated "no returns". These may be special order, limited stock, run out and discontinued items. "No return" items will be clearly marked in our catalogue as such. Repairs to items you purchased will be mostly covered by the manufacturer of the product you purchased. If unsure, please contact us for advice prior to sending products in for repair. Any repair under covered under warranty will be at the discretion of the original manufacturer or local distributor. We will work with you to deliver the best acceptable outcome for you. In some cases where a repair is not possible we may simply refund or replace with equivalent or better item. Return authorised items will not have freight amount refunded.
We accept orders via our online store, online quote acceptance, or email of your purchase order. Acceptance of your order is by way of return email of your order confirmation document. You can contact us via phone during business hours for guidance, we will take orders over the phone, but will always mail your order confirmation to you or your company's registered account holder.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Microboss has line of credit for organisations who complete our credit application and have received a pre-approved line of credit with payment terms. We will accept payment online and over the phone. Pricing in our catalogue and quotes are always designed to deliver best value at the time. If an error occurs in our quoting system or online web store we reserve the right to refund or reject your online/offline order. Should this ever occur, we will refund any funds you may have transfered. From time to time we may have promotions which have either limited stock quantities, distributor specials or product end of life sales. These items may be identified in our store or by way of marekting email you may receive from us. Promotions may have special terms and conditions which will be advertised online or by way of email.
Viewing Orders
Your online account will provide a list of your orders, status and other relevant information we publish for you.
Updating Account Information
Simply login to your account and update the relevant piece of information. You may also see updates our staff have performed because of a communication we receive from you or your organisation.
