Two Types of Plans
Usage Based - You're charged for megabytes you download only at a cents/mb rate. This rate decreases the more you download.

For ease of integration and use, this service includes the allocation of Nexnet IP addresses and Domain Name service functionality.

Wireless Internet
With broadband technologies readily adopted in the marketplace, the need for ease of access, fast deployment, high reliability, and scalable bandwidth is possible with broadband wireless.
These services deliver speed between 256Kbps through to 8Mbps and above. There is no need for costly hardware as need to upgrade hardware as our service equipment interfaces with the Customer LAN without the need to upgrade hardware.
The Premium Service is configured with a contention ratio of 1:1. The benefits of Premium 1:1 include low cost of installation and extensive service availability when compared with Fibre. Further, the service is supplied with up to 5 V/LANs, enabling the ability to run voice, Internet, videoconferencing, and VPN over the one service.
Premium Internet is most suited to companies requiring dedicated throughput to support Voice, Video, Video Conferencing, large and frequent data transfers, server hosting and more.
The SME Service is configured with a contention ratio of 4:1. Originally the product was released with a contention ratio of 10:1, however market feedback indicated that while companies viewed the 10:1 contented product as entry-level, they required a beter quality service at a price point lower than the Premium product. Since reducing the contention ratio to 4:1 we have seen an increase in orders for this service. SME Internet is supplied with 2 VLANs. Additional VLANs are possible at an extra charge.
Both Internet services may be packaged with data bundles to meet the needs of customers who would like to pay upfront for data usage to benefit from every competitive usage rates.
